A development plan has been approved by the Melrose Township Planning Commission for development of a 40 acre parcel North of Fourth Street off North Shore Drive. The proposed Vistas of Walloon is a twelve lot clustered conservation residential development with access via easement off Fourth Street and a private road off Country Club Road to the North. The property was recently rezoned to RR (Rural Residential Conservation Design)and the development includes the use of a P.U.D. overlay. The property is owned by Walloon Group, LLC. Catt Acquisitions, LLC is the Developer with Mansfield and Associates, Inc. providing Land Use Consulting. The Planning Commission conducted a Site Plan Review and Public Hearing on Monday June 26th.
