What We Do:
Although it is a stand alone department, the maintenance, up keep of the county facilities and their infrastructure are a top priority of the County administration. Frank and his crew can be found throughout our facilities performing a variety of duties including mechanical, plumbing, electrical and structural improvements. Frank Shaler is the Recycling Director, overseeing the County's single stream recycling program.
