2015 Curbside Trash Pickup
Board of Trustees has approved scheduling of
American Waste Trash Pickup on Saturday June 6, 2015
from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM
Norwood Township residents are being requested to have their trash ready at their curbside before 8:00 AM on that date. Items that will not be accepted for pickup include:
1. Any items containing Freon without a certificate
2. Gas, oil or anti-freeze
3. Engine or mechanical parts containing gas, oil or
6. Yard waste, lawn clippings, tree branches or brush
7. Any combustible items
Thanks for your attention to these restrictions.
Truth in Budgeting Public Hearing Notice
The Norwood Township Board will hold a Truth in Budgeting Public
Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Norwood Town-
ship Hall, 19759 Lake St,. Village of Norwood, for the purpose of
presenting and adopting a budget for Norwood Township for the
2015-2016 fiscal year. The property tax millage rate proposed to be
levied to support the proposed budget will be the subject of this
meeting. A copy of the budget will be available for public inspection
on the Norwood website, at www.charlevoixcounty.org/norwood.asp
or at the Township Hall and by request to the township clerk, norwood
firstname.lastname@example.org Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or
services should contact the Norwood Clerk at above email address.
