Looking for Zoning Information? In Charlevoix County, the local communities have zoning authority. The only exception is the Village of Boyne Falls, which does not have zoning. Each city and township has its own zoning ordinance, which is administered and enforced by a Zoning Administrator. To find out the zoning regulations for a piece of property, please contact the Zoning Administrator for the township or city in which the property is located (this may or may not be the same as the mailing address).
