It is suggested that passengers make reservations 24 hours in advance.

Drivers answer calls during posted business hours, all calls received during non-posted hours will be retrieved from voice mail at the start of each shift.
WINTER HOURS: 1:00 to 6:00 PM Mon.-Fri. (NO weekends) beginning in the Fall, dates will be posted
all transit services will be closed Saturday through Monday of Memorial Day weekend/week

Bus passes offer eleven rides for the cost of ten and are a convenient way for passengers to pay for their rides.

Since 1980, Charlevoix County Transit has been providing public transportation throughout the county including Beaver Island. The transit system operates 21 ADA accessible buses and provides over 110,000 rides annually.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
