What We Do:
Provides daily trips across the Ironton Narrows, which take approximately 10 minutes round trip. Generally, the season runs from early/mid April to the day before Thanksgiving, weather permitting. Crossings begin at 6:30 am and continue to 10:30 pm daily.

The Ironton Ferry operates during the late spring, summer, and early
fall months across the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Generally, it is
open from mid-April through mid-November. Operating hours are 6:30 a.m.
to 10:30 p.m. except between Memorial Day and Labor Day when we stay
open until 11:30 p.m.
$3.00 per car or other motorized vehicle
$0.50 per person (w/out vehicle or bicycle)
$1.00 per person with bicycle
A book of 20 tickets can be purchased for $40.00 on the Ferry, or from the County Treasurer
Monthly passes good for 31 days from purchase date with unlimited passage are $75.00 available from the County Treasurer
Annual passes good for the calendar year with unlimited passage are $500.00 available from the County Treasurer
